Yes, Colombia is safe. It is important to acknowledge that it is still a developing country and that there are still many people living in poverty. However, the people are extremely nice and want foreigners to enjoy visiting their home!
Will I have to share a bed with other clients?
No. Everyone will have their own bed at each location, and couples will have private rooms. Depending on the lodging, singles may share a room with a maximum of one other person as appropriate. Bathrooms are ensuite.

What are dinner logistics while staying at the private fincas?
Easy! We will either go out to dinner or get groceries to make homemade meals at the house, depending on what the group prefers.
What is the weather like?
Colombia hosts a typical tropical climate. The average temperature is around 75 - 80 degrees Fahrenheit. The amount of rainfall is constantly changing but rainy seasons are usually from April to June and September to November.
What if I am not available in the listed dates?

How does phone service work in Colombia?
Colombia has surprisingly good phone coverage. The best carrier is “Claro,” and SIM cards will be provided to those who need them upon arrival.
What currency is used in Colombia?
The Colombian Peso (COP). Conversion rate: $1 = ~4300 COP
Cash can easily be withdrawn using any of the various ATM's found in the city and towns.
